You will find everything you need to make your special someone a romantic dinner or feed your family a real home cooked meal. As comfortable as the inside of this home is, you will be drawn to spend most of your time on the back patio deck which is accessible from both bedrooms and living area. The unique deck gives an illusion of being suspended above the lake with uninterrupted water views. It's the perfect spot to relax in either the private sauna or the six person hot tub after an exciting day of boating or fishing from the private dock. Comfortable cozy cottage on 5 wooded acres on the lake. There is detached garage that is not part of the rental except where the second bathroom and laundry room are which is located on the lower level. The small living area above the garage is not available for the renters and it might be used by the owners. The property is very private but there are many attractions are nearby. A short drive to Gatlinburg, the Smokey Mountains, Rock City and many more. Excellent fishing from the dock or bring your own boat. Rentals are available nearby. A row boat and a canoe are available for use at your own risk. Some renters have found that the hill is too steep for them so please review the pictures to make sure you are OK with it.
